How to achieve a Win-Win cooperation?

Alex is from UK and he has been running business in Amazon, TK, Shopify for years. Now he wanted to add this neck beauty device into his collection as he was sure that this item could bring him big sale. 

During the communication with us, Alex wanted to add his logo on the products and requested to make the whold products rosegold instead of our regular color white. Moreover, as per the packaging, he wanted to change it to rosegold too so as to match the color of the product. In this way, the whole set looks vivid and high-end. Now even we know that this product actually has no differences from our regular ones, but it now completely became Alex's special collection.  

Upon receipt of all the requests, we started the sampling. And it had taken us 7 days to get all ready, including color the products, adding logo, and packaging sampling. And we took some photos and videos and sent them to Alex for confirmation. Alex was very satisfied about the samples. 

Alex was very happy to place an order with amount 1K and we started the production. The production time was 30 days. 

We purchased all raw materterials and made a pre-production samples. Alex confirmed the samples and we continued the production. 

During the actual practice, we got all products ready in 27 days upon receipt of the deposit from Alex. And Alex required 3-Party quality check. Because of our strict quality control and management, we passed the QC check. 

Alex was satisfied and arranged the balance payment. We then contacted our forwarder to made the pickup.
